Pedestrian hit by tractor trailer on Massachusetts highway
WTH was a pedestrian doing walking along that highway???

You never saw a person, at NIGHT with dark non reflective clothing, walking with traffic in the breakdown lane of an Interstate??
I used to see some randomly on I-10, I-20, I-30, I-40, I-85 from Texas to North Carolina at NIGHT.
Almost hit a few walking upon the white line.
Last one seen was in early to mid 2019, on either I-40 or I-85 North Carolina.

This happened in broad daylight. Plus technically it’s illegal-they have signs posted on the ramps stating no pedestrians,motor driven cycles or horse drawn carriages. On the Mass Pike they also have signs stating “Stay With Vehicle-State Police Will Assist” in case you break down. The whole highway is under round the clock video surveillance from the New York state line to Logan Airport. If you’re caught walking along the highway for no good reason you could be charged with trespassing on state property.
