I don't work at climate anymore, but I can say that some of those google reviews were only one side of the story. I was there 6 years and they were a good company. Not there cuz i chose to go home weekends an take a break from refrigerated work.

Question for you all: does the safety department mind log edits? Now that I know this company actually runs hard lol, I was going to clean up a few forgotten status changes where I showed 30+ minutes at a customer, forgot to change after fueling, etc. to give myself some leeway for tomorrow’s delivery.

I’d just rather not make safety mad doing multiple log edits at one time if they’re strict about it.

I know it’s legal to edit logs, but they seemed EXTRA compliant, maybe overly compliant, during orientation. Compliance isn’t a bad thing though — it’s good for the company as a whole

I edit my logs all the time. Just as long as you log fuel, loading/unloading, pre/post trips how they want, they aren't going to say anything. I edited my logs yesterday as a matter of fact

I'm farther east coming out of NY. I dropping in Effingham Wed. Maybe I'll catch you on the flip side...be careful for the partiers and happy people when you get out there, as the Denver Nuggets just won the NBA Championship lol. If you see 1216, that one is me

Honestly, if you interpret Climate to be negative based on those reviews, that's fine. Here's my interpretation: if a driver doesn't succeed here, it's his/her fault. Like @Professor No-Name said, it's one sided. It's too easy to make a check here. It isn't perfect, nor the highest paying in terms of cpm, but they make up for it greatly by keeping drivers busy, provided they want to get out here and grind. All that being said, if I followed the reviews, I would have been under the impression that this is a racist company and not applied to come here. I've been treated greatly from day 1 here, and it would have to be something seriously better to make me leave here.

Currently broke down on the side of 35. Sensor to the transmission isn’t responding to the ecm and had to pull off before I lost all air pressure. Going on 3.5 hours waiting on wrecker
