Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

I'm an employee on salary.... I don't own the operation or the company. I am not understanding why this is so confusing for some....

 

Yeah, but we have much more freedom than you. We don't have to work every weekday from 7 to 4, no micromanagement at any level, write ups and so on.

I am on Zoom and MS Teams meetings all day long. And 90 percent of those meetings are for people who like the sound of their own voice. Along with many reports that are useless....

 

Dang all these big players and I am out here just looking a buck a mile on spot market. @BurningDiesel can you educate me on how to get your kind of business?

 

Go to podunk community college and get a degree in logistics then hire on with hogan. Once you do that you now have enough experience to talk smack on the interweb

 

I guess I need to go back to school. I knew my 9th grade education was not gonna get me where I need to be.
