Great picture of the mountains behind the bike! I really wish you would start loading something big on that rig. LolD.Tibbitt, carhaulerjeff, Hammer166 and 1 other person Thank this.

That Pikes Peak... The camera didn't really catch the way the top of the mountain was glowing in the setting sun. I've been riding to work to get my break-in miles in... I'm dying to see how this thing runs. And I still can't believe a bar and shield lives at my house.
I told the boss he was getting a hard "NO!" next time. 2 203" wb and that 176" dually. The bed made it a real pain to get down, and my turn room was crap. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it was 3 chassis. -
I guess the Lohr is handling the Big Iron well that you haul daily? The company that shuttles the big Ford product from KTP to the rail just recently received a Lohr. I spoke with one of the drivers yesterday and he really liked it. I was considering selling my trailer in a year or so and putting a 3 car Lohr head-rack with a 80’ quickloader on my glider. I am not so sure I will do it now because they have been giving my buddy the run a round on building his new rig. They received his tractor end of 2022/early 2023 and are currently saying production won’t start on it until fall. One year to have a tractor before the finished product is ready is totally unacceptable.Last edited: Jun 11, 2023

That's crazy! It's been fine with the big stuff. They did stiffen the structure a bit at the trailer modular pocket, as some of the other guys were having issues, but mine never did. But I do like how it strengthened the #5 deck. I rarely load with that top truck reversed, I like the weight of the front end sitting over the front posts, the guys with issues regularly backed that unit on. I'd rather back the belly in if I need to move some weight back.
But the versatility of those modular pockets is great with the big iron, I can put everything from 145-176 wb in the pocket and the front bumper never moves. I can also use it on 9 car loads if I need to get a few inches on #5.D.Tibbitt, Banker, Tall Mike and 1 other person Thank this. -
