So i run longhaul flatbed i grossed 92k last year i have 6 years experience not a horrible record now that my DUI in persomonal car is 10 years old. Ive come a good way and my company is great, but getting home isnt easy Live in PA and i hate the northeast!!! i hate it. They run me stupid 300 to 200 mile runs pick up one day deliver the next over and over. It kills me. Trucks only go 65mph the most stressful speed. I just wanna pass scared rookies or stupid fourwheelers that wanna go 64 on a 75 like wtf!<!<!@< and these stupid campers dont get me me started. I prefer to drive outwest. I dont care if i get get hometime once a month or every other month dosent matter. Maybe its time for me to move on, but im not gonna go work at swift or some 60k 70k a year company F that. 85k min! What do yall recommend and no i dont wanna buy a truck and put all my eggs in one basket especially in these times. I dont love flatbedding i actually hate it, but if it pays good whatever. Bullhauling? reefer(did this for 18 months) dry van. Walmart would be my go to however its slipseating F that I prefer OTR out west. Honestly i have no idea. I have no accidents a few incidents starting out as i was stupid and my first company was a scam with a 14 days training period LOL. Now im good experienced looking for the next level what do yall recommend?
what sector/type of trucking pays the most now for company drivers? Maybe looking for a new job.

What pays the most?
It all depends....on just how many times you say "F that" to your coworkers and your superiors....

What CDL endorsements (if any) do you have?
Do you want to just run solo? Or are you also willing to run team?
6 years CDL experience--correct?

If you hate the northeast--and you wanna run out west, then clearly...you and I probably have a lot in common.
But if you wanna run out west, and don't wanna pick (back) up that hazmat endorsement or do team (F all that--right?NEVER, EVER....miss out on an opportunity to say, "F that", right?
)....then you really won't be in the higher-paying company driver levels.
And no...the avatar is not me.As you might guess....there's a story behind that pic.
