Coolant and oil churned together usually gets milky or they stay separated. If its sat a few weeks without running and you dropped the oil the coolant will drain out first.

That is what I thought as well. No coolant came out, and I ran it afterwards and the oil looked normal, no milky color. So, signs are pointing to a bad oil cooler since I am only seeing oil in coolant, not the other way around.

Conclusion: I had Blackstone analyze the engine oil, they found no coolant. I am almost certain the oil cooler was the problem. Had a reasonable offer as-is, so the truck is sold. Thank you to those that took the time to respond!
