I have a 13 speed trany and 2 of my rubber airlines are leaking. Not bad but if I stop for the night I loose airpressure unless I put the shifter in high range and overdrive.
Can I replace thoes lines with ¼ inch plastic airlines? Or do I need to get replacements from the dealer. .. thanks in advance

    1/4" plastic will work fine.

Are you sure leaking is on air line ? In most cases leaks is inside air actuator.

    Rideandrepair and earnies2 Thank this.

JMO.. but those rubber airlines gota be older than dirt
Reguardless I would be replace them for a number of reasons
1 reason.is they moght be chaffing internally and when the do they start plugging things like your actuator

Rideandrepair, Oxbow and earnies2 Thank this.

Actuators inside the gearbox. When you switch splitter air coming to one or other actuator to push rod inside. Hoses are cheap, check Fleet Pride store.
