Yep. I am 18 miles east of dodge city. Unload bout 20 miles west of there in the morning at a cattle feed lot. Sounds like it may be a difficult process. Couple of our drivers been having issues with the product sticking. We shall see tomorrow how mine comes out. Talked to the place earlier today an it sounded like I'll probably be dumping on the ground.57 model and bryan21384 Thank this.

You may pass me once you start moving, I got down to Checotah. I could've made it farther, but I went to the yard today. Had a nail in my steer tire, check engine light on, and they did a service. I forgot to log out of the system and the mechanics interrupted my split moving the truck around. Called safety to see if I had to eat the time, and Vanessa said yes. It was cool, I'm still in good shape, but I wish I hadn't run outta time til after Checotah.Professor No-Name, Thrasher28, 57 model and 1 other person Thank this.

Is it the heat that causes the product to stick or is it just the nature of the product?57 model Thanks this.

This product was loaded out of an overhead c h u t e. And they put syrups in it and cook it and different stuff different processing. So it had a lot of moisture content and heat in it to begin with. It's better to haul it in the winter and it's better to haul it when they've had it out on the ground inside a building drying out. But by golly I got her kicked off. Took me 3 hours but I got her donemotocross25, bryan21384, mdmgolfin and 1 other person Thank this.

I already got reloaded and I'm getting ready to jump on the big road at Oakley Kansas. Going to stop over there at Ellis at the Love's. Got to go over to Russell unload and reload at the same place and then I'm back off up to Nebraska.bryan21384 and 57 model Thank this.

Man 3 hrs, I know that was some work. It may take some time but at least you got her done. I'm down here in Houston and it is beyond hot...high is going to be past 100 with a heat index of like 111. I made sure to keep some extra cold water so I could battle. Surprisingly, the apu is keeping up

I am still in kansas. The plant where I was to unload and reload at had a power outage during the night. Got unloaded no problem but it took a long time to get loaded. Now the plant in Nebraska broke down an can't take it. So I am waiting for a new destination elevator. I really musta woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Lol Lolbryan21384 Thanks this.

Picking up a 4 pallet load in New Century, KS for my home time in southern KY this weekend and then delivering Monday. Anyone have any info for how fuel efficient these carriers are? 36 continuous and it’ll be sitting for roughly 3 days. Wasn’t sure if that’s safe or if I should just park the truck 20 or so miles away down in Franklin, KY so I can top it off at some point over the weekend.
Requested to be home Friday and this load times out to where I can wait on some recaps and be at the house around 01:00, so basically 3 full days.
Pretty happy with my first 2.5 weeks out here. Usually companies put new hires on loads with way too much time and micromanage a bit early on, but Robert/Travis have been running me and treating me like I’ve been here for a year. Haven’t made it home yet, and I’m already looking forward to hitting the road again next week
