not sure if they would allow a off site lot of that type.

my guess would be that they will have you drop trl. at a cust. and have you D/H home from their.

Also, what is the hometime like? Out 2 weeks home 2 days sort of deal, thats how it was made out to me. I dont mind 2-4 weeks at a time, but would like to be home enough to see my fiance and daughter.

Hi JB12288, I am out of brooks or. and am currently on my last week with a trainer. I had to sign a parking aggreement that said I would park my truck at the yolo yard (only about 30 miles from home). I have heard that if a driver is a fairly new hire that is how the company wants it, drivers that have been with the company for a few years seem to be grandfathered out of this parking requirement. As far as the rig you will get we have lots of 387's and some cascadia's. I have seen a few long nose petes but they are primarily O/O's. I did lots of research and interviewed lots of companies before I chose May, Great company! Good Luck

I had plenty of time to do research as well. If I have to park at the yard so be it, I will get a bus home. Thanks for the information.

May does it according to how long you need to stay out with one. Sometimes it is a few days, sometimes it is a few weeks; your driver trainer will say when you are ready to solo out and take your road test.
