Does PDI sell any electronic upgrades for a 09 DPF Cummins ISX?

i ran pitts power on my truck while it was stock and if I ran it on level 3 i never had to worry about my temps. The only reason my coolant ever got high was if i tried having it on level 5 on a good long hard pull then the pyro would climb and obviously my water temp as well. are u watching your pyro? normally ur pyro will get hot b4 ur water temp...

Yes they have written programs for these engines.

have you checked the water pump............CAT had a problem for awhile with the impeller spinning on the shaft. This would cause the motor to overheat or run higher than normal temperatures without really being able to see anything wrong.

It has nothing to do with being rich. By the time you nickle and dime yourself with a truck that was built to haul boxes down the road.....you could have bought a truck that was suited for the application that you are using it for. How does the saying go? Only a rich man can afford crap? I dunno. Anyways. When you start breaking stuff or upgrading more often than not. A better suited truck would have been cheaper. I am not saying a brand new one. Go for something pre 2004 with a c-16 or something. You will be much happier in the long run. A T800W or a W900H. -
My egt never get over 900. Check water pressure on the 3/8 line and it had plenty

What do you think as a Hot? 220-230 is OK for todays engines, even for older, if the cooling system can keep pressure.superhauler said: ↑i have a 5 row radiator in it but it still gets hot on a hard pull.Click to expand...
