I'm a flatbed driver. That last tidbit of information is outside of my area of expertise. I guess if they really wanted to the officer could say that the seal is considered part of the load and you gotta check it the first 50 and every 150? Kinda retarded but who knows.
Nobody is going to give a crap about this until they implement it and then it's going to become a big ordeal.
Scales will be able to see any flatbed driver that's drove over 3 hours nonstop and pull them in. Which my guess is a considerable number of drivers doing it. -
