I have to say, their hiring process is pretty thorough. If you've got any skeletons in your closet, they will find them and it will waste everyones' time.
I lost a potential partner due to them finding a previous termination in the last year. Another had a smaller incident which made them ineligible.

Requirements:

• 12 months of recent tractor trailer experience in the past 48 months (6 months is sufficient if team partner has 24 months- Call for details)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years
• No DUI, DWI or OWI in the past 7 years
