I” Precision Instruments torque wrench. I’m glad after I have my drives rotated I confirm the torque specs. Always bothered me. It’s only getting light use, but it made me confident. BTW this thing is really quite nice.

    Quick question:
What kind of grill are you assembling that requires +500lb accurate torque specs?

I gotta know. We got a new house and I may need to buy a grill. It will legitimize my torque wrench to my wife. (There might be a joke hanging around my response)

I wouldn’t be surprised if they make a bunch for Stanley.

Was going to use it to open my beer bottles :)

Got depressed one night sitting in my truck and ordered one of the larger Webber grills. Figured I’d probably need a 12 pack to get the job done.

I use to laugh when they would torque the lug nuts and the fastner didn’t move before wrench clicked or broke over. I would make them loosen the nuts then torque with the wrench. Didn’t need the studs stretched. #### impact jockeys

I'm sure you know that if the wheel isn't off the ground while tightening / torquing the lug nuts making sure the wheel is against the hub nothing will tighten sufficiently.
