If you move the load, youre going to have to jump thru 100 hoops to get paid. trust me. its not worth it unless you like wasting time going to court and hiring attorneys and maybe getting paid half of the 5500.

 

So the real broker - lets say its CH Robinson for S&G - gets the load from Amazon. They post it to DAT. Oshea transport calls the real broker and books the load with Oshea trans MC#, then posts it as Morningstar on DAT and you book the load from them. Becasue its on tracking, they gonna want you to act like Oshea.

The Glendale Gang would do this when picking up out trailers from San Diego - the release for would have typed on it "PLEASE CHECK IN AS DONALD AND SONS" becasue that is the MC# they booked the load with us. Then they posted it up and found a carrier, agreed to astronomical rates then didnt pay them. Sucked for the delivering carrier trying to get paid 2000 for a load out trailer and he only gets 400.

 

Oh i say it jokingly all the time im moving to Montenegro and starting a double brokering operation and crushing everyone because its just so #### easy to do. And no one cares to stop it.
