mjd4277, Deere hunter, pavrom and 1 other person Thank this. -
What I don't understand is how the DOT bumper didn't just slice through the car and decapitate the occupant
Is there some spec that the bumper is supposed to give way at a particular force? -
I wouldn’t hold my breath on that one. A BOLO was posted on that Lamborghini after it was spotted driving in excess of 100 mph.
How TF did Darwin miss this one is beyond me.Last Call Thanks this. -
After the warner lawsuit and them losing millions because a moron went across the center strip and causeing the wreck while the driver had no fault.....well lets just say ive seen far more moronic lawsuits filed and passed.
Gotta remimber we are arent people to the general public. We are giant bags of money in the shape of a pinata.RockinChair, ducnut, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this. -
That was in Texas. Even in Georgia admittedly they use some sort of common sense in crash investigations.
At the same length the truck driver can file a counter suit against the Lamborghini driver for damages to the trailer (if he was leasing),economic losses (downtime due to the accident and investigation, loss of income).Last edited: Jul 25, 2023
