Oh yeah man, I've done that quite a few times lmao! 2 of those times we were still governed at 65! It's like, once you get by Kansas City, it's smooth sailing to Pueblo. You'll be outta there in a jiffy too.

Trip info said there was no parking there. But then again, I'm getting in a reset, so I doubt anyone would've let me set there this whole time lol.
I asked dispatch about delivering early, since I picked this load up early Friday afternoon and it doesn't deliver til 0500 tomorrow, and I didn't want to babysit it for 4 days, and they basically told me to stick to the appointment.
Now that I think about it, (and remember it lol) I'm gonna ask for some layover pay on this load in the morning, see what they say.Thrasher28, dwells40 and bryan21384 Thank this. -
Trip info says no overnight parking.....that's according to them lol. They open at 4 am. If you can get there and get empty, you might can head to your reload before the Denver traffic hits. Every once in a while I get a load like that. It's sucky but they always make up for it on the back end.
If you ever get dispatched again to this Coke, the spot where the arrow is pointing is where I always sleep at. Sometimes there are other trucks there. They never say anything. I will usually creep in without setting off my clock. If I still gotta complete my break, I'll just creep back. Denver is surprisingly trucker friendly, at least in my view. I've parked in really weird spots and the law has never bothered me.mdmgolfin, Thrasher28, RubberDuck473 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Can we take a 10 at Witte Bros in Troy Mo?
bryan21384 Thanks this. -
Oh yeah they let you sleep there. That's a drop as well so you'll probably be reloaded when you get back tomorrow.RubberDuck473 Thanks this.

Getting tatered in Center, CO at the moment. I thought they'd be in totes, but I guessed wrong lol. Receiver in Topeka dumps them for unload apparently, so should be quick. I'll just have to get a washout courtesy of Climate's bank account probably. I'm guessing it'll be a reload from Sauer from there.
mdmgolfin, bryan21384 and dwells40 Thank this. -
Oh yeah, I remember that load. One time I did one to Topeka, it took so much time that I couldn't make it to the washout nearby there. I had an 8 am reload at Sauer so I had to get the leftover taters out myself then go get a washout all the way on the KC loop at the Beacon. Talk about a workout. I was so tired that night, I wouldn't wish that on anyone

Well that's reassuring lol. I'll be there at 11am, so hopefully it won't be too painful. Appointment was set for 10, but there was absolutely no way to make that after they had to rework the load.
At least you killed my optimism in advance lmao. Gives me a day to prepare myself -
Ahhh hell then you can go to that truck wash to get it washed out since you're getting empty early enough. They had set my appt for like 5 that evening and I got out so late. You won't even have to worry about getting in that trailer. They can get the leftover taters out. @motocross25 do you remember where the truck wash I'm speaking of is located? I'm drawing a serious blank. It's so hot here in Dallas that my brain may br fried lolThrasher28 and mdmgolfin Thank this.

I’m smelling your diesel I unload down in temple in the morning then reload in Waco. Hopefully we run into each other
Thrasher28 and bryan21384 Thank this.
