    Washington County Sheriff’s Office says differently. He had no permits ,improper load securement and missing warning flags. He wouldn’t have even qualified for a weight variance permit. They him shut down and contact the company to bring in a trailer with more axles to spread the weight.

    Maybe not in this case but I have a problem with the government saying “That’s Overweight and Impossible” and then you pay a fee and “Thank You, Be Safe”
