    what does this (8.6) mean? Another road shows no trucks and “23.5”. I have driven these roads many dozens of times with no problems and haven’t seen any no trucks signs .

    my interpretation is:
    top symbol is no through trucks
    the next 5 are for a covered/ girder bridge with a 6ton limit with a 13'9" height and length and a 8'6" width and a 3 ton axle restriction
    hazmat by permit only (explosives, flammable solids and radioactive)
    legal weights everywhere except the above bridge (so local deliveries only)
