My question is, does it make a difference if you have a pet? LOL I know, just a thought. Maybe if they try to give me a ticket I could threaten to call PETA. :biggrin_255:

Anyone got a good phone number for PETA? HE HE :biggrin_255:

Actually, I have always heard that there was a pet exemption in some states. I don't know if it is true or not though.

Nebraska doesn't have anything on the books as of yet. I have not heard if Omaha or Council Bluffs have adopted any Idle laws either. And thats what you really have to watch. MN you can Idle, except for in a few cities. Hubby goes to two of them that you cannot idle. Which is why we bought the APU.

Idling laws aren't just a state--by-state regulatory nightmare. There are states which have no idling restrictions on the books, yet have cities in said states which have their own, independent anti-idling ordinances.
