Problem with company

    My company give me one dedicated truck to me to do usa loads.one day they ask me to come to yard and take 2 deliveries but trailer was not ready,I waited 4 hrs and come back home dispatch agreed when i ask to leave tomorrow morning. Later they send same load and my dedicated company truck with different team.now all my personal stuff there in the truck including paspoort and fast card.when I argue with dispatch why they didn't told me to take my stuff from truck before sending that truck to usa,they stop talking to me ,no answering call and messages.
    What i can do here to get my stuff back safely and to get my remaining money for previous trips.

    Not much you can do as a driver. The company obviously hasn't an ounce of respect for you. Once, their back you can obtain it. Me personally when I drove a company truck I would never leave anything (not even a pen) in a company truck).
    Curious to know what is the company name? Sound like the one I'm conducted with and planning on leaving soon.

    It is a company truck - means they can do with it whatever they like and assign it to whomever
    You should NEVER leave your documents in the truck -

    So wait for truck to return and then you can plan next steps
    Only thing is the company should have informed you to retreive your stuff -

    There isn't much that you can do. Just like everyone here mentioned. Don't leave your things in your company truck. Anyway, keep trying to contact them. When will they return? Let's hope you will get back your passport.
