    Well, yes now I gotcha.
    I don’t really think it’s too hard to qualify for the guarantee pay as far as I found out the requirements are be on time, be available, and submit the paperwork properly and the home time no longer than 48 hours, only that 48 hours part confuse me cause if I go OTR 4-6 weeks am I still only allowed 48 hrs
    Not a deal breaker tho to lose one week guarantee if I had to just wanted to know

    The I like my home is to be 3-4 days
    That’s why I run for a month or longer.
    Sure I gotta discuss that with the recruiter next time

    I was with Marten for 10 months around 2013. I enjoyed my time with them, very structured and organized. I left only because I completed the 3 years otr and I wanted to be local and home every night.
    If I joined a company, I'd consider Marten.
