They don't use the texas tolls cuz they are outrageously expensive. They told me once that they get charged an entrance fee per every truck per year that jumps on a texas toll road and then get charged x amount per toll read at every reader on the toll. So they strongly discourage use of texas tolls.

On loads that we drop at craftsmen or the yard, do we just notate "load dropped at wherever" on our trip sheet? And also, do we have to put our mileage on the trip sheet? I'm having a helluva time getting into the habit of writing my mileage down when I take/del/drop a load.

3rd pic is for Thrasher...since you apparently occupied this truck, what in the name of Zeus' butthole is that on the windshield? Was that there when you drove this truck? Lol

If you go to your outbox, scroll to the very bottom of your empty calls and it'll show your odometer reading whenever you sent that message for the beginning and end of each load

I don't know how to explain the lights, but in simple words, if they both turn blue, an event got triggered. The keypad is used to activate or deactivate and other stuff related to the camera, but the green button on top is how you manually save an event.

Never could figure out what that was on the windshield lol. I thought it was just a Volvo thing until I got put in a different truck.

Some kind of weird windshield repair or an electrical fire was my only guess on what if was

I was told not to mess with the keypad thing. Was told it wasn't all 100% active, but that the camera part was an they could view that in the safety office. Well they said they had the ability to view triggered events. No one ever explained how the lights worked. I always just wrote my odometer readings on the trip envelope. Was just a habit that I got into. Although I knew lotsa fellers who barely wrote any info on them trip envelopes an had mentioned that they never had anyone complain about them not filling em out. I was always of a mind that, well they hired me an gave me an envelope with blanks on it, so I just took that to mean that was part of my job, so i filled em out the best I could. Sorry most of that rant was for @RubberDuck473 .

Also I think that stuff in the bottom of your windshield is from a repair gone bad or something got on there that no one has been able to get cleaned off. Try some different cleaners an see if it will come off.

Also when I dropped at Craftsman I always sent a free form message to the effect that trailer# such an such was dropped there. Would also mention that reefer was full if I had topped it off. Would also note in there seal intact if it was a loaded trailer that I dropped. If that is where ya dropped a loaded trailer, therefore ending a trip, then I would reflect that on your trip envelope as the ending destination, date, and mileage. I may have used a little overkill on things, but then again I believe in the "CYA" method of doing things.
