What is the box with air lines and connections located at the very bottom between the small guard plate and (in front of) the oil pan? The truck is 21' Cascadia. Sometimes I hear air coming out of it after cutting air supply. It happens only with the running engine. Supplying air or switching the engine off usually stops the hiss.
P.s forgot to take pictures.

Quick release valve. Follow the air lines from the valve and see where they go.

Here is the picture
@JB7 was right, this is a QRV for the truck, if I got it correctly. Since the symptoms aren't constant, it was the valve not releasing air "quick", I guess.
p.s. Since it's about air, another question, please - one of the airbags on the trailer is hissing after the air is cut. But they're all visibly perfect. Is this normal or could there be an internal/membrane damage? No air is coming out while air is supplied and air tests show no leaks.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Sure it’s the air bag, not the leveling valve, parking valve or a fitting? Bag could be leaking around the base. Spray soapy water around the bottom of the bag. It’s common especially with plastic bases. Might be hard to find, Hard to show up (bubbles) till it gets worse. Often intermittently leak.badvik_83 Thanks this.

Looks like a dirty environment there,
gunking up the action of the valve.
Bleed off air and pull air line and spray PB blaster in valve.
then reconnect and cycle valve to verify it was sticky.
Bet ya' it cycles faster now.
I have two Freightliner M2 106 that has a row of 3 valves across the
frame, had a problem with leaks, so I just replaced them all. One
had corrosion so bad the aluminum was disintegrating.
valve body was fine; the stupid cap part got a hole rotted in it.
