It’s summer time and my trailer tires suddenly “froze locked”

that’s why it’s always good idea to time your compressor on a good working semi, and keep track of the intervals. The fact that you had an air leak with a cut airline and didn’t notice is concerning.

I don’t know why no sensors went off either. I wasn’t dragging the wheels either to the place where I parked no trailer marks. Maybe it was a gradual buildup problem.
    My truck isn’t old 860 Volvo 2022
    Utility reefer 2021.
I really hope I’m won’t be struck with a new problem later on I know Volvos have a lot of electrical issues.
I waited for 5-10 minutes once everything was fixed under the trailer to hear for any hissing (air leaking) there was none, trailer brakes released (truck ones applied)
Will definitely talk to the shop about this.

    tscottme Thanks this.

This really opened my eyes about to never run over anything on the road. Not even a twig if I can avoid it.
You don’t know what debris can do your vehicle traveling at +70mph.
Basically if it was that tire debris I ran over then it acted as a knife slicing open my air hoses.

You sure somebody didn’t cut the line after you dropped it to go take your shower?

How can I confirm or deny this?
This area around Little America WY is very deserted not a soul anywhere around at that time of the night. It was a 3 mile bobtail drive from the two places.
But who knows if there was someone with a sinister intention.

I would think if the wheels were rolling when you backed it up to drop it, they should’ve rolled when you simply backed under it to hook up.

You better be careful doing stuff like this. Someone might mistake you for a real driver.
