Dave ramsey main audience is folks who have no discipline and can't handle a credit cards. That's why he preaches so hard against it.

He's gives great advice when it comes to clear out debt, but some of his ideas are very outdated such prenups.

 

What’s his ideas on prenups?

 

Mostly he prefers prenups when an owner operator has a pre emission truck because of potential resale value.
I have also seen divorce cases where the wife got all the husband's Loves Points because it wasn't specified in a prenup agreement. That meant no Chester Fried chicken for a month.

Well that seem very relative in today’s society. Especially when a man has spent his whole life building a collection of skulls and die cast automobiles.

 

Way off track but I know a company that will finance a home with 0% down. You just need to give up 4 years of your prime years.
My mortgage is 1.2% APR. We are paying mostly principal.
