ESTES Express (5 Year Review)

Probably because of Banning and the tropical storm. Everything got jammed up, Sunday. But surprised Central didn't take care of a runner such as yourself. Regardless of terminal politics.

 

Has anyone talk to Adam from Central?

 

West coast, I’m just asking cause wanted to see if anyone else agrees with me , he really sucks at dispatching , he doesn’t know what he’s doing obviously, he takes the runs from the run guys and give it to extraboard guys and send teams to dead end small terminals , it’s really frustrating dealing with him, clearly he thinks he’s doing a great job by just giving sways loads and not looking what’s on the other terminal for when someone arrives , already talked to the Tm about him and nothing chsnged, kinda frustrating our Tm doesn’t even know who he is as he barely talks to Central( I mean I understand he doesn’t have to know everyone from Central) anyway, just wanted to get this off my chest and hoping not to die in the winter with this guy

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Adam, East or West. In fact, just interacted with him few weeks ago. Great guy!!!
