The fake meat fad has finally been exposed as a complete waste of money

Never seen or heard an Amish person preach to me. Every single vegan I've ever met has let me know they are a vegan and told me I've evil for eating meat.

There is a little difference in the two, and why a lot of people hate vegans.

And yet everyone I have talked to doesn't go off on how I'm not like them. Plus not talking to 'outsiders' isn't a terrible thing. If only vegans would do the same instead of trying to impose their views on me.

 

In a perfect world that might happen. The world isn't perfect and that's not the way it works, at least in the places I know about. These aren't pets, they're a four legged investment.
A feedlot is a money making enterprise...it's supposed to be anyway. If you have a chronic that isn't gaining or that you have to take extra time with or pump medicine into with no hope of improvement it doesn't make sense to throw away your money. You cut your losses, get rid of the loser and move on.
That's not to say that the rancher might not keep an old horse or dog well beyond it's useful life. Sometimes sentiment does indeed rule. But cows? When it's time for them to go, they're gone.

 

Most vegans I've had to meet are standing telling me I'am a evil person for eating red meat and I'am subhuman because I'am transporting bovine sometimes to their final destination in the food chain..
Mosts of them wouldn't know the difference between a cow & a goat .. but their goal in life is to save em all from human consumption

It's the idea of moral superiority based on flawed assumptions that's the real head scratcher, everything else is 100% kosher, you do you, I do me...

That's exactly why a feedlot is not going to purchase a calf if they don't think they will be able to sell it for a profit.
