I sped up to almost 80 to get his attention to pull over. By time he did he lost almost all of the pieces onto the interstate.

In the old days we'd just holler on the CB. Kind of a shame not many folks run them anymore.

"Too lazy" and "FAFO" are often interchangeable.

Given that it's farm equipment, older tractor hooked to a newer grain cart, I'm guessing FAFO.

I think it's either the farmer or one of his neighbors who has an rgn and is trying to make two trips into one.

What’s the issue? Things are loaded on the bolsters all the time, that’s why they are there.

To start with, it's a divisible load so I don't think it can be run this way.

Secondly, it's loaded on an angle with what looks to be part of the reactor steer tire hanging off the edge.

Finally, it appears (on my phone) that the right side steer tire may be rubbing on the trailer tires.

As long as it's not over weight the divisible load doesn't matter. Over width and height can have many items as long as long as not over legal gross weight.

As long as hes not overweight he can run many pieces as he wants. Just can't create an over dimension by putting stuff next to each other. I do it all the time with wide pieces.

Nothing illegal about loading stuff crooked. Can hang stuff off all you want as long as it doesn't make it wider. That cart looks wider anyways behind it.

If he's running under farm numbers he could probably even get away with running the tractor and cart together over weight since the tractor is required for operation of the cart. AG use gets away with a lot of dumb stuff.
