I was always of the opinion that I wanted all tires to be the same. If I was out in the middle of no where and had a front tire go, I could single out a set on the trailer. Of course I carried the tools necessary to do the work.

None at Iuka till they four laned it. Corinth then was at the junction of old 45 and old 72. Would be about where if you got off new 45 at the 72 ramp and come east on 72, until you could visibly see a city street overpass ahead. You would be in front of where it set, looking to your right. City map shows a Gateway Tire there now. Coop would have been on top of the word tire.cke, Dale thompson, pete781693 and 1 other person Thank this.

Probably not many more, but with the "strategic locations" it's either run legal interstate or risk load limit / bridges / no truck restrictions on the US.
Get off them even the roadbed and ROW clearances are risky with todays rigs.cke, MACK E-6, Dale thompson and 2 others Thank this. -
Just my opinion .. 24:5 talls is all I've ever run
They run a little cooler when you are running fat plus alittle extra ground clarence..my truck was set up on 3:70s I wanted to get all I could for speed I just am switching to 3:36 .. and now would be the time to make wheel size changes since I'am updating from buds to hub pilots .. but Iam gona stick with 24:5 talls for those 2 reasons ..
24:5 are getting hard to find is the down fall.. I got a better deal on my trailer a couple years ago because it had 24:5 's and alot of guys are wanting 22:5 low pros
this is just my opinion is allcke, wore out, Dale thompson and 4 others Thank this. -

Just a little homily.
I have noticed some difficult situations in my 4 wheel wanderings in recent years.
If you are going out Broadway in W. Memphis and look to your right, there is the !55 AR scale house about 100 feet away.
Actually a short cross street from Broadway to the frontage road for them to go and come to town. I could make out people
moving around in the scale house as I toddled along.
First KY scale house (POE) on I65 north of TN line. Has a good size sign in their parking lot, visible as you pass saying :
"No exit to 31W", on this side of the ROW fence. Be too close for comfort coming up my old 31W back when. Bet there is one
on 31W saying visit the scales.
At Corinth on US45 , rear of NB coop is within 50 feet of old US45 (145) You could come up thru town and head out north. Make a little
power noise and he not busy, could turn around in the office and see you easily.
Trucking has gotten so complicated. -
I’ve only run a truck with 22.5s for a wee little bit… mine and dads both have 24.5s, overhead clearance is the only thing I don’t like about them. Walking floor sits 14’ 2”on the back with full air, 1 place I load inside, if I dump the air, the rubber flap in front of the roll tarp just brushes the 14’ door.
