    I don't own a house OR property at the moment.........however, I do not consider myself "screwed".

    House prices are inching down around Gem City, but still ridiculously high.

    About right— so I’m thinking that 2 steers is what we’re gonna do this year— eat one and trade for stuff that peoples that don’t have no meat have — gotta account for this inflation thing

    The housing is just what's wtf Joe bananas.

    550K -> 2023
    600K -> 2024
    660 -> 2025

    And they're still going to get the big interest stuck in their ###.

    It's F nuts.

    Young couple with 800 credit score buy this house with a 30 year, will cost them a million F dollars.

    That's now. Today. Two years $1.2 million after interest.

    It's insane.

    The 80's all over. But much worse.
