While they may not be the best, have you looked at Hirschbach/JCT? They do a lot into Florida.
It is refrigerated, but the idea is get a year or so on the road, right.

Just applied to Hirschbach. Does anyone know if they are taking students?

Probably only if you had went through their school. You should have done that anyway with someone instead of the route that you took. Private schools are great and you save money but with the blemish on your driving record and your medical issues you won’t get hired the way the driver pool market is now. I understand how bad you want this but you are going to have to be patient.

By now -- you've applied to pretty much everywhere else....
BUT DO NOT put in an application over at Billy Bob's Alligator Eatery.
I'm not sure why -- but I understand that turnover there is pretty high.
@WesternPlains probably knows more of the specifics on that problem....

So I spoke to the recruiter over at Kennesaw. I would have to do 180 hours behind the wheel with a trainer in the passenger seat and then after that and 180hrs team driving. After that, it’s six months team driving.
I’m very excited about the opportunity and from what I hear. It’s a really good place to work. I’ll try and keep you all updated once I know for sure when my orientation date is.Opus, austinmike, Concorde and 3 others Thank this.
