Same thing I had to deal in Conneticut. Fed ex going 10-15 over the limit and following to close.
I notice it too often with them compared to any of the other LTL carriers. -
Another sad thing that ties in with this accident. UHP trooper is in Saint George, and responding to this accident. He is running red lights and siren. Old lady makes left turn in front of him. One hell of a crash. Trooper badly injured and had to be cut out of his car. Old lady and her passenger both killed.

So this accident killed 3 people? Wow... Road doesnt look snowy in the pic...
I think they need to get this picture, the one with the motorcyce guy in the back of the truck trailer, and a few more bad ones, and make a commercial. Shock and awe commercials tend to have the most effect on people.
Should give the statistics of how many people died in an accident with a truck last last year cause by their dumb actions. -
I do extrication on the fire dept and ems.
I cannot even begin to see where to start. -
I don't see how it's possible for anyone to survive this.
-
If you look at it, the car is turned sideways a bit. There's just barely enough space for someone in the passenger seat to survive. I'm not sure how much of them survived, they may have left parts in the car.
Those were the kind of wrecks I hated towing. You have to lean over the bed to reach the controls and the blood running out would leave trails right in front of you. -
Driver was killed. Passenger lost his left (I think) arm. Plus whatever other injuries he had.
-
Any ideas of what happened?
