He was completely fine with it. Will stop at our shop an get the bumper straightened out when I can get back through Cedar Rapids. Gonna stop at Bauer Built Tire an get the alignment checked out an tweaked cuz it's pulling to the right now. Gonna have to swing by the beacon tomorrow night an get it washed again. Got Cow gore all over under the cab. Pretty sure he will put a new bumper on it if it doesn't straighten out properly. Seriously bro my boss is really laid back an cool to work for. He never has issues with anything getting fixed on the truck. Really a great guy to work for.Thrasher28, dwells40 and wulfman75 Thank this.

Wow. Google reviews for this Schnucks made it look like this place was garbage. Got here at 03:38 for my 04:00 appt. Checked in, got called to a dock right before 04:00. Got unloaded, lumper paid, got my bills, got to the parking area and sent in my empty call at 06:07. Not too shabby. Now I gotta sit here and wait for someone to get to the office and send me my next load lol.

Were you able to figure out who the owner of the cattle was? I feel like they definitely have some sort of liability for it. Glad you're alright thoughProfessor No-Name, bryan21384 and Bumper Thank this.

I've always liked delivering there. They let you check in the night before if you get there then. Most every time I've gone there, I've gotten unloaded early. For me, it's one of my preferred places to unload.
I got empty in Olney, IL Saturday night and the reload was to pick up in Robinson, IL at the Hershey for a short haul. I took a chance and tried to picked it up early but it wasn't ready. I ended up taking a 34 here in Robinson. Since I had all day today to drop it, I took yesterday off and rested. It was needed too. The broker worked my nerves so bad about that Olney load, I put them on block lol. That RTS brokerage has some of the worst communication amongst themselves I have ever seen.mdmgolfin, Thrasher28 and Professor No-Name Thank this. -
No, I had no phone service for a total of 300 some odd miles. Woulda called the county when it happened if I'd a had service at the time.Thrasher28 Thanks this.

Them an TQL are the worst.bryan21384 Thanks this.

After hours and weekend brokers are the worst to deal with lol. They really overachieve on pointless calls and then they are clueless when someone needs something actually important.bryan21384 and Professor No-Name Thank this.

Trailer airbag decided to develop a pinhole leak over the weekend. Won't make delivery tonight since a single tire in front and removing an airbag has managed to take 3 hours somehow. Now waiting another hour for them to go on a parts run since the style airbag hasnt been common in years now. The fun of 10 year old trailers.
