TQL is absolutely absurd with their number of check calls. An no matter how many times you update them at different stages of a load, whenever someone else calls you or you call them, the next person never has any idea of what's going on with your particular load or at what point you're at in your progression with the load. I got so aggravated with them when the wife an I were on their loads from Arizona to Missouri that I just started blocking their phone numbers and not answering their calls. An if anyone at Climate would've ever said anything about it, I woulda politely told em, well you don't pay my phone bill, so if you wanna deal with their harrassing ways then you can call them.bryan21384 and Thrasher28 Thank this.

Anyone know if we're good to send an empty call at Coke after a late arrival? I know we don't send arrived, but wasn't sure about empty call. Robert told me earlier it was probably a Greenville pick up next, but that he wasn't 100% sure. Was just wanting to find out next load assignment
Professor No-Name Thanks this. -
I think its OK to send an empty call afterwards....I've done that before. Are ya down in Charlotte?Professor No-Name and Thrasher28 Thank this.

Southside of Atlanta -- was thinking about sending an empty call with a different load number/info and just putting 'forgot to send last week' in the comments or something lol. Not sure how Coca Cola accesses that info.Professor No-Name and bryan21384 Thank this.

Man you ain't lying. They called me at home once at 3 am. The phone rang so loudly, and if looks could kill, I'd be a dead man and my wife would've been the murderer. She looked at me like I had a mistress, and I didn't....at least not that time lol. TQL gives 0 cares, and RTS is the same way. I couldn't get any sleep Friday because if them. I finally went off on dude when he decided to call from his cell phone, and I was so grouchy for much of the day. I was slick hoping that they'd get sick of me and yank that load from Carthage to Olney lol....I really don't care for that load honestly.mdmgolfin and Professor No-Name Thank this.

Ahhh ok, I think you're good to send it in. You sent the free form so you're good to gomdmgolfin and Professor No-Name Thank this.

They ended up stamping the time in like 3 different times on the bills, so don't think it makes a difference either way now.
I bet you're glad to finally have a Monday with fresh hours again. Those recap weeks get stressful.bryan21384 and Professor No-Name Thank this. -
Yea an empty call would be fine. Usually your next plan is automatically attached to send to you once the system receives your empty call. Just with coke am hershey late arrivals always send a free form message instead of arrived. That way they can back door it in the system an it appears to those that matter that the load actually arrived on time.bryan21384 and Thrasher28 Thank this.

The stamp on the bills don't matter. What matters is what the higher ups somehow see what's put into the computer trail by Climate.bryan21384 and Thrasher28 Thank this.
