Pretty truck. You will be happier driving that over a new cascadia. But you will need tools and scrub soap to wash that grease and coolant off your arms. She will need more attention than any anything new. As long as you’re up to the task in treating an ole lady like a gentleman should, you should be ok. Now go chase some good paying freight that requires extra work. Stay away from easy.

I'm in a deleted Cascadia now which is pretty powerful to say the least. Thought about getting one just to save, buts its simply not what I want. This past week I went ahead browsing for some newer KW900s... 500k Miles approx, most were 2019s for about 129k. One was already in the shop for DPF/DEF issues. I have seen lots of 389 2019's listed for sale as well for around the same price. Makes me wonder whats going on? Newer trucks seem to constantly have some issue with them. I could have it deleted, but I am honestly just not all that interested.
Tools, I got a boss with a Garage full of them at my disposal..... Personally, I have been building an Arsenal for my self to keep on the truck at all times. Coolant and grease you say? I will be addressing those issues as soon as they should arise! -
These couple pics, and they're not much. All the rust around the pedals, turbo boot doesn't look quite right, alternator belts not quite right, and missing 1 fan belt.
What is the new frame paint hiding? Love that fancy dash and floor, usually a sign of somebody who favors looks over functionality. Same guy who has lots of chrome with bald tires
CAC looks original. Sure it's good 25 years old?
You post more pics I'll find more problems -
Big gap in that fan clutchVampire, JoeyJunk, wore out and 1 other person Thank this. -
Bit of rust jacking going on there around the air bags. Probably the same around the fifth wheel slide, crossmembers, etc. How many air bags and pass throughs will it need?Vampire, JoeyJunk, wore out and 1 other person Thank this. -
Not Michelin, Yokos I think. I mean shes been tuned and Dynoed for 650hp so that truck probably will do 100 easy... LOL

Bags ain't ####, problem is that 8 bag garbage suspension. Better off whacking it off and sticking a flex air cutoff on. It's a used truck, you're going to have stupid little #### like air bags and fan clutches that need doing. Unfortunately today it's either buy something like that for 65k to 90k, buy an emissions nightmare with 500k miles for 120k to 150k, or new new for 250k+.
