No they cant. All they can do is ban you from the property and make a complaint to your company. In the future, you dont have to give them your licenses to take pictures of or let them pull you over and search the truck. You can refuse. All they can do is request you leave the property. Thats it. No other legal action.

Depends, keep in mind when you are crossing train tracks, you are bound by railroad rules, by law you must stop, look both ways before proceeding. Since you're on private property they can't cite you, but they can ban you.
