So you have 150k to invest and you haven’t learned this lesson yet? Someone somewhere is going to take that 150K away in a new and better method.
I can help you keep it secure if you leave it with me.

Real or not it’s a scam either way. No way 1 truck will support that sort of return. Especially with a hired driver and someone else running your business. Your money will last longer if you spend it on hookers and blow

Don’t start a company. For $120,000 I’ll sign over my LLC, 3 year old MC# and a truck and trailer that’s under warranty until May 2025. Save yourself some money and buy mine….Siinman, Vampire, tscottme and 1 other person Thank this.

I forgot to mention, the post is a scam too, it is a great advertisement ploy.
TripleSix, Chieftains, tscottme and 2 others Thank this. -
That's a very good point as well. New member and only this post. Good catch.

I see the sarcasm here, I already mentioned it is too good to be true, hence i am seeing out to the experts here. The question is, if we run one truck and make 10K gross for simple math - and the operating company takes 6.5K, and I make 3.5K - is that even feasible? Is that how the math works for you, 35% net?
-
Seriously no, it is not an advertisement ploy - I realize by all your responses that I am being scammed, I do not want to waste my hard earned retirement savings so i will take all your advices and forget about it.

Thank you everyone for being candid about this "venture" I sought opinion on. I appreciate y'alls time on this and I will stay far away from it. Have a great weekend. If someone is moderating this forum, please close this thread, i got some excellent advices and i am no longer watching this thread.

Siinman Thanks this. -
There is definitely somebody moderating this thread and I think we'll leave it open for awhile. There is always somebody trying to take advantage of drivers and the staff here tries their best to keep that from happening.
We don't catch everyone, our staff isn't able to be everywhere at once, but with the members' help we catch quite a few. Notice how fast the responses came and that they were all pretty much in the same vein? If a person has been involved in trucking for any length of time he's seen a few scams. The BS radar is always up.
If you're legitimate you'll be around here for awhile. There's always a wealth of information and all you have to do is ask for it.
If you disappear without any further action we'll probably conclude that you're a fraud. -
I think just life experience in general would show this particular pitch as a complete sham. Seeing a complete return on investment in 3 years or less should be setting off MAJOR alarm bells for most people.
