Garrett and Borg-Warner make the turbos or replacement turbos for CAT. I'd think either of them would have the part or can get it. Try a local turbo shop in your area to see. As far as adjustment, the shop manual will have instrutions for testing actuator travel at a given PSI to be able to get it to work properly.

My Haney is the expert on this and hopefully he will correct me if I am wrong...to adjust the wastegate actuator you need to supply air to it while you measure the actuator arms movement. It needs to be set at about 30 PSI if I remember right. The arm is used to adjust the amount of movement. I believe the stock units are set to move at a certain PSI, but aftermarket ones have a adjustment on them for this also. Like I said, I don't know for sure and I hope Mr Haney or or someone else corrects me if I am wrong.

Yes, you supply air pressure to the actuator and measure the rod travel for the proper setting. I don't mess with Acert's at all to be able to tell you the air pressure and the amount of travel. I think it's 25 psi and 4mm of travel, but get a shop manual or go by a CAT shop to verify this. Any CAT shop should have this spec and if I remember correctly there should be a tag on your old actuator for the setting also this is how the dealer verifies if it's working properly in the first place.
