O/O States On CB That He Cut A Prime Drivers Air lines (YouTube)

Sadly this seems to be the norm anymore. Siphon fuel, vandalize other peoples trucks, throw garbage and literal #### on the ground, piss all over the place, drunks, fights, drugs ect. This is the new norm it feels like.

And sadly its not just trucking either. It feels like the entire country has gone to hell lost its mind and is sitting in a corner gibbering in tounges sometimes.

That said i myself am guilty of the ol $1 kids harmonica and zipties gags. If you go take your 30 in the fuel island your getting a free platic harmonica.

 

Some driver was making advances on a woman truck driver, or maybe just refused to stop talking to her, and the pink-haired Prime driver went into white knight mode and this caused an argument between the CB Rambo and Pinky and then CB rambo cut Pinky's airlines.

 

The US is rapidly transitioning from high-trust society to low-trust (grab everything that isn't nailed down) society.

 

It wasn't necessarily high trust but high consequences.

It's not the first time for that particular cultural phenomenon. It waxes and wanes.

I remember the sixties, and the thing I remember most clearly about the hippies is that they were all shameless thieves. Prior to the sixties people used to leave their keys in their cars. I remember the North Carolina Highway Patrol used to run commercials on TV urging people to lock their cars and take their keys. Could you imagine the government needing to do that today?

 

I stopped the video two minutes in. My thoughts are very simple. Don't socialize with strangers at truck stops.

This crap has been going on for decades in trucking.

Back in 79 or 80 I remember seeing some guy bust out windows of a couple of trucks with the drivers sitting in the diner eating dinner because he was pissed at them for cutting him off.

Or the guy who dumped a whole bucket of ****** inside one guy's truck in the fuel isle, while he was paying for fuel because he was hitting on the guy's wife on the CB.

More recently, watching two morons fight over a parking spot and it went on for 15 minutes before the cops came.
