    This is for you. Email I got from a friend on a computer forum I have been a member of for almost 10yrs..

    I have used this number more than once, and these people are not your ordinary run of the mill reps. These guys/gals will do what ever it takes to make you hapy.. They are a special group within the CEO office, and when they take your case no one can interup your service or change anything about your account but them.. Hope this helps any one who has a issue with them..

    Does nothing for us...after 4 years with Sprint, we have switched carriers. Tired of dwindling service areas, crappy equipment, and problems with air card. So far, the new carrier is far superior to ANYTHING we had with Sprint. But, thanks for posting this for those who ARE happy with Sprint, and just need a little help.

    I for got the link is like 3yrs old, I copied it from my saved mail on another site.. The number is still good, as I have used in in the last 3 months.. Sorry Judy for your problems with sprint. The troubles you have had are the reasons, why I call these people when I have issues, and they are always taken care of with a 100% satisfaction..

    I have been with Sprint for 5 years. I added an air card to my account three years ago. I am totally happy with them including their coverage. FYI :yes2557:
