omg ok go ahead buy the original truck op posted but at that price, you will never get to your goal of passive income.

So heres the story ive witness with someone with similar dreams, friend buys truck wants to get truck paid off then hopefully save enough money to start flipping houses. He then decides to buy a 2nd truck for his business and let me run it. well 6 months later that truck motor and def system blew up yeah bad deal, even with extra warranty we didnt have the funds to fix. Now fast forward 6 months insurance renew for his truck is up, do to a ticket and a few inspections his rates our to high to renew. On top of that he was having mechanical issues he cant afford dod to crappy load board freight. He has like 6 months left on payments then its his. He can survive parking the truck making the payments as a company driver for 6 months.

the results of this experince is after 4 years he is in no way financial shape to start his flipping business, and side note im done driving do to health reasons.
to be succesful you probably literally need to pay yourself only like maybe .20 cents a mile then put the rest into payment maintence and taxes.

Your better off staying company driver, keep your savings going and build a 401k. Sure might take another 20 years but owning a truck wont get you there either but obviously your determined to do this so ill wish you the best of luck and hopefully this #### economy reverses itself soon

I was not trying to compare. Just pointing out that used trucks are cheap now. You can get a 2020 with 300k for the price of a nice Toyota Tacoma.
