    The hardest part would be being sent load going into blizzard and being told do the best you can.
    That I hated most of being a company driver. When I'd say load isn't productive the answer I get is it's our customer and we have to show we at least pick it up and try even if it means shutting down after leaving their yard :mad:

    Walmart's actually in the middle of a huge expansion of their fleet. They've gone from about 12,000 drivers a couple of years ago to 15,000 now and looking to be at 25,000 by 2025. They're getting rid of all contract carriers and taking full control of their supply chain in house.

    All good points but consider also I believe he runs spot freight which is a dead end. At some point you're just throwing good money after bad. Yeah it can be done but why unless you've got really good customers?
