Sterling falls under the Freightliner dealer umbrella. Most of them are not much on giving out part numbers if you are not ordering the parts.
There are options. Pull or push type throughout bearing.
What size is the input shaft? Probably 1 3/4" but measure it.
Single or double disc? You can see them between the flywheel and and pressure plate in some applications.
Some pressure plates have a part number tag on them.
Some pictures through the inspection hole may help someone identify it.
13 or 14 inch?

 

I am surprised no one helped you out by the serial number. I put one of those in a Kodiak with a 3116. It has been a while but I will see if I can find the numbers for you.
