I always keep plenty of water an wipes with. I use those dude shower wipes as well as baby wipes. I do my best to keep cleaned up. I am around a lotta dusty dirty environments with unloading and having to sweep out the hopper trailer now. A lot of times after unloading I gotta be able to clean up on the fly. Don't generally have time for a shower stop between delivery and pick up when they occur on the same day. That an a shower every other day works well. Also discovered that by using overalls or 1 work outfit for unloading is less wear an tear on my clothes. I just kick on one work outfit for every unload then put it away an go back to my nice clean outfit for driving around in. I get a lot dirtier here than when I was at Climate.

The poster posted that after I replied about not knowing about the washout in Robinson. So by the way where is the washout there. An is that something they put in along with the major remodel that they did?

I got home yesterday. Got appointments today an Monday morning. The extra time off is definitely needed. Been running pretty hard. Preloaded for Wisconsin. Deliver Monday afternoon an then gonna take a load out to Wyoming. Supposed to reload at torrington wy goin to idaho. Then possibly reload in Washington state coming back across. May finally get to haul a load of apples that I've been hearing about for so long now. If I get them then they go to Michigan to make apple juice. Gonna be a nice leg stretcher.wulfman75 and bryan21384 Thank this.

I think they had the washout bay before the remodel. I think maybe they wash the trailer out when it gets backed up to the dock. They had told me that a couple of years back over the phone when I needed to get a washout done.Professor No-Name Thanks this.

That's gonna be a lot of miles there. I had no idea they hauled apples in hoppers. You know that juice is gonna be good tooProfessor No-Name Thanks this.

I never was aware that they had one but that definitely is convenient.

They only haul them that way in spring, summer, an early fall. There can't be any chance of freezing. An they want them loaded on friday an ran straight through to delivery. A 34 hr restart is not allowed while under the load. 10 hr breaks only and no longer. It's a critical load an they want it delivered in an efficiently quick as possible manner.

I heard that!Professor No-Name and motocross25 Thank this.
