I have a question regarding pre employment drug screen

Hey every one . I recently took a local job after many years Otr running flatbeds for a construction supply company. They hired me and sent me to orientation then rode w a driver for a day at the end of that first week they sent me for a drug screen. They were just fined by dot violation 382.301a for not sending me after an audit was done. My question is will that violation show up on my dac or clearinghouse ? It is listed as a violation and my name was next to it. Thank you in advance
