I just unloaded milk over in Kinloch. That was supposed to happen 24 hrs ago. The guard checked me in under the wrong PO number so we had to reschedule. I wasn't too upset about that because I needed the rest in the worst way. This particular time to Colorado and back wore me out, mainly because I had to do so much night driving, which is cool. Going out there, I had a real tight window, and barely made it. I'm about to go live load in Affton, MO to go to Toledo, OH. It shows that it's a 24hr receiver so gotta be opportunistic here.

I'm in Orangeburg South carolina. I am awaiting for them to tell me that the lab says that my corn is acceptable. As long as I can get unloaded and get out of here I'm going to go get a load of feather meal and take it to Kansas City kansas. Then I'm going to be running around over in @motocross25 's neck of the woods. Supposed to go over and get one of them big salt loads out over in Kansas.

Maybe you can get @motocross25 to burn you a steak right quick lol.....that's a good bit of miles there. I would've had a 34 sitting in Kinloch. Travis wanted me to be on time because they're short on freight. I have never been to this customer before so I didn't know what to expect. It appears they're gonna make wait til the 11 am scheduled pickup. The customer in Toledo appears to be a 24 hr receiver so once I leave here, it's go-time!

Bryan 21384 I’m looking to change carriers and I have been reading your post. I have done my research into this company and it seems to be reputable. How long does Climate Express require a driver to stay out?

Depending on where you live generally they don't require you to stay out any longer than 2 weeks at a time so home like every other weekend. But if you live right there in the midwest you know Missouri and different areas around there then possibly a guy could go home about every week but you know it's easier to get to Miles racked up if you stay out you know a couple weeks at a time. I used to stay out 3 4 weeks at a time when I was there and they and then I take three or four days off they never had a problem with the home time.

Well my load got rejected. They're fussy about what goes into the feed for our animals. So I'm taking the stuff back to where I picked it up at going to dump it there reload it and turn around right back to Orangeburg South carolina.

Is Growers Shipper strict about loading? Anyone know what time they open?

Got sent a 12:00-17:00 pickup in Monte Vista at 16:30 in Fountain lol, so of course I didnt make PU. Do they open at 12 or was that just the specific load info? Can't get even an answer from anyone at Garrison, brokerage or trucking company side, after being instructed to call by Robert. The fact there's no load tracking, no ETA checks, no appointments, and no check calls from Robert during the day tells me it's not a big deal. Figured I'd double check on here though, since they're a regular customer. I'll go on LinkedIn and find some emails if need be :D

Robert didn't seem concerned, I was held hostage at this fine establisemt in Fountain for 5.5 hours, and I can still make delivery at 00:30 on Friday in Moberly if they get it loaded any time, so it sounds like not my problem. Time to ride off into the sunset and enjoy the La Veta Pass scenery
