Yeah, figured that out quite a while ago. But, what should I do, or should I do anything?
As I said, I am a rookie. My first mistake was taking a job with a bad company who routinely screwed their drivers. My second was reporting a totally non reportable incident that any seasoned driver would have known was nothing. My third was paying DACFix for basically nothing. How can I prevent a fourth? What should I do?

From HireRight.com http://www.hireright.com/Consumers-Applicants.aspx
Good idea to request your free report every year. I did this last year and found out they had some wrong info. They removed and corrected it after I pointed it out. -
Wow! this thread went from seatbelts to all kind of things. The bottom line is Dac USIS, Hireright or whatever they are calling themselves this week, is nothing more than another government agency masquerading as a company to insure the safety of the general public, while stuffing U.S. Citizens Tax Dollars in their pockets providing info to potential employers on our dime. From what I have seen from most, a lot of this information, including mine is false. Another thing you have to look at is the truck driver mills that charge $3000 plus for a two week course, and tell these 21-year-old kids they are "Truck Drivers" and then turn them loose on black ice and killing a few people, sometimes themselves. The trucking industry needs a major overhaul BIGTIME!!!

I was told by a close friend whom is a driver having a hard time finding a driving job because of an accident he had.He says companies now are more enter rested in his dac than his mvr.I'll try to explain;from what i gather from him,he had a rearend that wasn't reported on his mvr but is on his dac and every company he applied to tells him even though it's not on his mvr they won't hire him,I asked him was anyone hurt he said no and that the driver of the other vehicle was wanted for fraud and that was one of the reasons the judge thew his ticket out.I would like to help him and his family I just don't know how,Do any of yall have any ideals how or what he needs to do to clear this up.He's a good guy and would really like to help him.

I have a question. I bought a copy of my mvr. It says I have a ticket from Jan 2007 and a ticket from april of 09. Well i actually had got two other tickets in Alabama in 09 and in Kansas in 09 but they dont show on my mvr. I paid the alabama one off but the kansas one i didnt pay because I lost the ticket and the reason I got a copy of mvr was to see where I got the kansas ticket so I could pay it off but its not on there. I ordered my dac but im waiting for it but they said it takes up to 4 weeks. But I want to know is the mvr on the dac the same as the mvr you can get at the dmv? I also was going to apply to a few companies but I dont really know if I should list the tickets that arent on my mvr but I didnt want it to come back to bite me in my behind. So what do yall think!!!
