And while I'm thinking of it, there's Millis. They do 5 day regional in this part of the world.
And finally, there's Schneider who does 5 day regional out of Albany. I'm not sure if they have any positions or if they'd be interested in someone from Augusta, but hey, they're there.
If it were me, I'd slide on down to Kimberly Clark and see who's running in and out of there. You can always tell the local guys in their day cabs.

Honestly, I'd take a hard look at Paper Transport. They have pretty nice equipment and while they may not pay the best, they're pretty ok.

Don't know if drivers are dispatched out of there or not.
