We got a new guy (<6mos) that’s starting to spiral. Loaded diesel on top of gas from simply not capping a compartment after he loaded. Got out of his routine. A week later he’s cross hauled a station forcing a double crosshaul because he didn’t look over the details. He should’ve first caught it verifying the address when he pulled in. He also should’ve called to double check that he was dropping a different brand into different station. Luckily the load fit and didn’t cause another situation. Always verify the address and double check the details even if you’ve done it 100s of times. If one detail is hazy call someone.
That’s why speed comes with efficiency not by rushing. I say that not to judge but as a warning
