Thousands sign online petition asking FCC to shut down Mud Duck

I’m only concerned about being able to lay down some mail that is pertinent to others around me. Not clog up 19 yapping about something happening 50-60 miles away…or in your friend’s case, some dust storm in New Mexico. Meanwhile I can’t warn about impending danger to the folks around me because that clown is hogging up 19 talking about his time in band camp, while there’s some real road hazard that’s going to impact the guys and girls behind me.

If I wanted to chat with the guy’s on channel 6, I’d get a rig from one of them and stay on that channel. You rarely see any of them on 19, and if anyone with a big radio is, they are in and out and have been very respectful. They normally do the rest of us a favor and send diarrhea mouth back to the bench after embarrassing him.

 

No it's not, but duck hunting is also not against the law either.

 

Ok its the law...Have you ever broken any...Pretty sure your radio has no amp,not over 4 watts,never stole anything,never speed,never tore a page outta the book at one point.....right????

I get out as intended. It’s not to clog up those highways and byways with safety last in mind.

Late to the party. Um, seems skip is on about every 11 meter CB channel. If they want to 'play radio' then do it on the other 39 channels in the citizens band and stay off of 19, it's the road channel. Always thought the gas well traffic should pick one of the other channels as well but at least they're trying to do a job while using basic mobile equipment. They do tend to get a little thick along the Ohio river, panhandle WV where I run. Go back west into Ohio, virtual silence.., can barely beat a traffic report out of anybody. This is early AM, 2-3:00,..then the Mud Duck skip starts all over again...

Back to the bench! LOL

 

Me triggered at what someone else calculates on what i may have spent of my $....Hell i f i dont care what my own mother or friends "Think" i spend or where i spend or on what i may or may not have spent my $ on,what world do you live in to think im triggered by you or your thoughts re my $...Im more concerned at what goes on my bbq vs what you or anyone else think i should or could be.....
